How long is the warranty for Rạng Đông LED bulbs?

All Rạng Đông products are warranted according to the following regulations:

Product warranty involves repairing defects or issues caused by manufacturing errors. Depending on the regulations, each product line will have its own specific warranty period.

Every Rạng Đông product sold comes with a warranty label and manufacturing date. If the product stops functioning as it did initially within the warranty period, customers are kindly requested to return the product to the store for troubleshooting and repair.

Rạng Đông Warranty Regulations

All of Rạng Đông’s warranty policies comply with the following regulations:

+ Products eligible for warranty are those that: Retain their original shape from production, are not dented, crushed, broken, burnt, short-circuited, overloaded, or subjected to overvoltage. They must not have loose solder joints, altered original design structures, or damage from water or chemicals, etc.

+ Cases not covered by warranty: Damage due to natural disasters, storms, floods, fires, animal interference, insect infestation, or intentional damage caused by humans.

Note: If you did not purchase the product from Rang Dong Store but the product is a genuine Rạng Đông item and still within the warranty period, we will still support warranty returns and exchanges.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

If a warranted product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new product for the customer.

WARRANTY REFUSAL:

– Products that have exceeded the warranty period.

– Products that are deformed, distorted, water-damaged, or used beyond voltage capacity, etc.
